Sleepless in Somewhere

Sleep varies from night to night. Some nights it's good, some nights, it's bad. Sometimes I can't sleep, sometimes I sleep great. Some nights The Wife can't sleep and some nights, no problem. Sometimes we sleep in different rooms because one of us is keeping the other up, either me with the snoring or The Wife with the restlessness.

And The Baby seems to like to wake up and be the most active as The Wife is laying down to go to bed. Woo, a night owl.

Last night I woke to the sound of ferocious coughing, and maybe some wretching. The Wife was really not well at all. Could not stop coughing or gagging, spitting up stuff for the longest time. And it was making her cry and she kept having to blow her nose. It wasn't good and she was scared, said she had never had that kind of burning feeling in her throat before. It did eventually subside and she said she was going to sit on the couch for awhile and drink some milk and I went back to bed. Woke up this morning and she was beside me, so I guess there was no recurrence, thankfully.
