Shaun!

How cool is it that Rachel wants a "Shaun the Sheep" themed birthday party?  Granted, that could change a number of times between now and then, but how many soon-to-be five-year-olds are Shaun-fans?

Also, Rachel's changed her Mii.  Her Mii now no longer looks like a darker-haired shorter copy of her mom, but instead an African-American girl.

She's actually still holding to that today. We went to Party City to look for stuff for Ben's birthday and she wanted to look for Shaun the Sheep things. Of course they didn't have any, but I told her I'd make her a Shaun the Sheep cake and that we could look for farm-themed stuff.

I'll have to see what I can come up with. I can probably even make some invitations on our printer.

And if there are those who don't know of Shaun the Sheep, check out this website:

He's a creation of Aardman Animations, the studio that created Wallace & Gromit, Chicken Run and Flushed Away, among other things. Shaun the Sheep was a character in the Wallace & Gromit short "A Close Shave," and he now has his own show that airs on the Disney Channel. Shaun rules.
