Friend J is in labor as we speak with little L. L will need to have surgery soon after birth to correct something in his heart. Please keep J, R and L in your prayers!

Little LS (7#4) was born at 12:14 pm yesterday. Mom is doing fine. Baby was whisked away to ICU for observation for monitoring/assessment a previously-known condition -- his heart didn't form the chambers correctly. While rare, there is a surgery that can correct this that has a terrific success rate. They wouldn't be able to tell until after the baby was born, but they said the surgery would have to be done anytime between days and months after birth, depending on the severity.
So parents are relieved and happy but still have this to contend with. Please keep J and R in your prayers.
